What Happens Then?
When you ask RER Property Consultants for advice on a particular service the enquiry is directed to an RICS Surveyor Member. The Surveyor will discuss your particular property and your requirements. We will be pleased to advise you on the most suitable type of survey for the property that you wish to buy or sell. You will then have the opportunity to agree fees and the timescale within which you require the work to be carried out.
Once you have confirmed you are happy to proceed, we will email you a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Engagement, which includes an Acceptance Form for you to sign, date and return to us. Once payment is received we will then arrange the inspection on your behalf and email and post the survey to you.

- Take account of any repairs or replacements the property needs
- Consider what other advice you need to take before exchanging contracts
